Gillian’s primary focus is on implementing and enhancing Addenda’s climate strategy and net-zero commitments. This involves collaborating with clients and investment teams to execute Addenda’s REAL Net-Zero framework, which encompasses reducing emissions, engaging investee companies on climate issues, aligning investment portfolios with the climate transition, and continually learning to achieve Net-Zero ambitions. Additionally, her responsibilities include researching and engaging companies on their climate strategies within our dedicated climate transition funds.
