Janick Boudreau CFA

Janick has served as Executive Vice President, Business Development and Client Partnerships at Addenda Capital since 2021. As a member of the Executive Committee, she is responsible for the planning and execution of the firm’s strategy. In her role, she oversees Client Partnerships, Business Development, and Client Experience for both institutional and private wealth clients. She also leads the Marketing and Communications team, as well as the Investment Solutions team responsible for developing investment strategies.

With more than 25 years of experience in the investment management industry, Janick has held senior institutional client relationship roles in both Canada and the United States. She spent nearly 13 years at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where she served as Director of Portfolio Management within the Real Estate Debt portfolio.

Janick is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA from McGill University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in finance from HEC Montréal. She has also distinguished herself through sustained industry involvement. Janick has served as Chair of the Board of CFA Montréal and of the HEC Montréal Alumni Association and has contributed to several national and international committees of the CFA Institute.
