Our Core Plus Bond strategy seeks to add value through a broad range of higher‑yielding, complementary investments. We combine diverse skill sets with exposures that extend beyond traditional fixed income, deploying themes across core and non‑core positions. Leveraging our experience in commercial mortgages, preferred shares, high‑yield bonds and Insight’s global credit expertise, we build portfolios diversified by asset class, segment and targeted exposures. By exploiting multiple, uncorrelated sources of alpha and capitalizing on return divergences across environments, we pursue higher returns while remaining benchmark aware, not benchmark dependent.
