Adam Kot CIM

Adam leads the Commercial Mortgages team and is a member of the Executive Team. He is responsible for loan origination, underwriting management, credit risk, administration, and overseeing the policies and procedures of the operation.

Adam joined Addenda Capital in 2015 and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Before joining Addenda Capital, he held the role of Vice President, Commercial Markets at Concentra Financial, after serving in progressively senior roles covering commercial mortgage origination, product development, and portfolio management.

Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Regina. He also holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
