Yanick Desnoyers

Yanick leads Addenda Capital’s analysis and monitoring of economic activity, developing economic scenarios that form the foundation of the firm’s investment strategies.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Yanick has been sharing his expertise by lecturing on economic and financial analysis at the Université du Québec à Montréal since 2020. He has previously held several senior positions at the Bank of Canada, a top 5 Canadian bank, and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.

Yanick holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a Master’s degree in Economics, with a focus on macroeconomics and macroeconometrics, from the same institution.
