Tyler M. McKinna CIM

Tyler oversees the origination and underwriting of Canadian commercial mortgage investments across a range of investor portfolios. He is responsible for portfolio management, business development and client relationships, as well as supervising the investment analysis that supports the firm's commercial mortgage portfolios. As a member of Addenda Capital's Sustainable Investment Committee, Tyler ensures that the commercial mortgage team's perspectives are reflected in the firm's sustainable investment initiatives.

With more than 15 years of experience in the Financial sector, Tyler has developed a wealth of expertise in commercial real estate financing, mortgage investment and portfolio management. Prior to joining Addenda Capital, he held various roles in commercial real estate lending at the Royal Bank of Canada, gaining extensive experience of working with commercial borrowers and real estate investors.

A graduate of Minot State University, Tyler holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
