Réjean Nguyen CFA

Réjean leads Addenda Capital’s impact investing practice and collaborates with investment teams to integrate sustainability and impact considerations across portfolios. He identifies investment opportunities that generate measurable environmental and social outcomes alongside long-term financial performance. He also contributes to corporate engagement initiatives and supports the development of investment strategies that address key sustainability themes, such as climate transition, resilience and inclusive growth.

Prior to joining Addenda Capital in 2022, Réjean held several senior positions at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), including Director of Sustainable Investing. He is actively involved in advancing sustainable finance practices through his participation in several industry organizations, including the Canadian Impact Investing Working Group, the Sustainable Finance Committee of the Canadian Bond Investors Association (CBIA), the Sustainable Finance Committee of CFA Montréal, and the Sustainable Finance Committee of Finance Montréal.

Réjean holds a Master of Science in Management (International Finance) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential.
