Levi Lawrence CFA

Levi leads the team responsible for originating, structuring, and negotiating private mortgage investments for Addenda Capital’s Conventional Plus, Conventional, and Eco-Social mortgage funds. He also plays a key role in portfolio management, investment underwriting, and the evaluation of new lending opportunities, helping to support the long-term performance and quality of the firm’s commercial mortgage portfolios.

Since joining Addenda Capital, Levi has progressed through a series of increasingly senior roles within the Commercial Mortgage team. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in mortgage origination, credit analysis and portfolio management. Before joining the firm, he gained valuable experience in commercial lending, including as a Commercial Lending Account Manager at Conexus Credit Union.

Levi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Regina. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
