Ardi Pradana CFA

Ardi is responsible for mortgage origination, as well as leading our problem loan management processes. He is also involved in the ongoing monitoring of portfolios and maintaining the credit quality of commercial mortgages.

Since joining Addenda Capital in 2015, Ardi has progressed through a series of increasingly senior roles within the commercial mortgage team. Along the way, he has built up extensive expertise in mortgage underwriting, portfolio management and credit oversight. Before joining the firm, he worked at Montrose Mortgage Corporation, where he gained solid experience in mortgage administration and servicing.

Ardi holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance and International Business from the University of Manitoba, which he completed with distinction. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
